FAQ
Answers to the most commonly asked questions about Find Your Feet running tours.
WHAT PACE DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO RUN?
Find Your Feet running tours are a relaxed way to explore. We run at a conversational pace that's comfortable for everyone in the group. There will be plenty of pauses for photos and to take in the view so plenty of breathers. No-one will be left behind or put under pressure!
HOW BIG ARE THE GROUPS?
We keep our running tours to a maximum of 8 runners. This allows us to stick closely together and move easily around the city.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please wear your regular comfortable running clothes and trainers. It is recommended to have a cover up top and/or jacket that you can put on at the end of the run. In the summer, please make sure you have sunscreen on even if it looks like a cloudy day.
WHAT IF IT'S RAINING?
It's England so rain is always a possibility! The tours will almost always go ahead regardless of the weather so please dress accordingly.
In exceptional circumstances, where the weather puts safety at risk, such as in icy conditions, then tours will not go ahead. In these situations, we will do our best to find alternative availability. If that's not possible then the tour will be cancelled with a full refund provided.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel:
Bookings are entitled to a full refund or future credit if a cancellation request has been received at least 24 hours before the activity.

If we need to cancel:
In the event that a tour is cancelled by Find Your Feet, we will offer you either a full refund or transfer your booking to an equivalent tour at a date of your choosing.
WHERE DO WE MEET?
All standard running tours meet in front of Brighton's Palace Pier, Madeira Drive, BN2 1 TW.

The meeting point for Private Running Tours will be arranged and confirmed by email during the booking process.
